The eagle is one of the birds of more longevity, it ends up living sixty years. But, to reach that age to the forty years , it must choose a difficult decision. In that moment their fingernails are tight and flexible, reason why it is not able to capture their preys. The pick, long and pointed, is curved, pointing toward the chest. The wings are aged and heavy, and the feathers have been augmented to fly, to feed and to survive him finds then very difficult.

It has only two alternatives: to die or to face a painful process of renovation! That it takes one hundred fifty days. It consists in to fly toward the high of a mountain and to stay there, in a nest near to a wall.

In that place, the eagle begins to pick the wall until being able to be pulled up the pick. Then it will expect the growth from new one with it will remove, one by one the fingernails. When the new fingernails are born, it will begin to be plucked. At the end of five months it will undertake their flight of renovation and it will live thirty years more.
